We paid for the iSense screen to watch Mandalorian and given the cost, I wasn't impressed. The screen size wasn't particularly impressive, the seats felt sticky. There was also a significant crease on the screen and it looked like it needed a good wash. The sound was good so that's a plus and the toilets clean. Carpark vrn entry refused to confirm my details until attempt 6. Seems buggy at best and a bit of a scam at worst, especially reading some of the reviews on here. I've taken loads of pictures during confirmation so I'll be fighting all the way if I end up getting a ticket. Given the price and access to other cinemas, I'd recommend Kirkstall or Birstall.

Horizon Car parking is a scam at this location. I entered my registration as required, but still exceeded the maximum stay period. It is impossible to watch a 2 hour 36 minute film in 2 hours (Project Hail Mary). If it is a long film, you will be charged a £51 or £85 fine. I suggest you find an alternative cinema.

Absolutely shocked by my experience with parking at Odeon Leeds Bradford. I was a PAYING customer who attended a film, yet I am now being pursued by solicitors for a parking charge due to a completely unclear system requiring you to enter your registration on a tablet inside the cinema. This was not made obvious at all, especially when arriving and going straight into a screening. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, any terms that affect customers should be clearly displayed and transparent. In this case, the requirement was not properly brought to my attention, which makes this situation even more concerning. There was very to little signpostage (that had no lights), no communication with staff, and no notice on the app when you book your ticket. In accordance with the Pre-Action Protocol for Debt Claims I am entitled to Copies of all photographs relied upon, Full details and images of the signage in place on the date in question, Evidence of the alleged contractual terms, A copy of the contract with the landowner, Evidence of compliance with the Protection of, Freedoms Act 2012 and a detailed breakdown of the sum claimed. It is unacceptable that genuine customers are being treated this way and threatened with legal action over what is clearly a poorly communicated process. If it does come to it I WILL go to small claims and have taken screenshots of all the relevent complaints against this odeon/parking operator. We 'sign' a non verbal agreeement before we enter the parking space however, this is a grey area in the law as there is no way that these are the terms and conditions before commiting to this 'agreement'. I will be escalating this matter further, as no paying customer should be put in this position. I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when parking here. And if you have anything that could help in this situation. Please cont hesitate to respond on this complaint. Very disappointing experience.
